OUR MINISTER

Dustin Wells has served as evangelist with the Prairie Green Church of Christ since 2006.  He does his best each week to present messages that are true to the Bible and applicable to every day life.  He believes in the necessity of prayer and the empowering of the Holy Spirit for effective ministry.  He preaches the scriptural plan of salvation and is convinced that the Bible is sufficient to equip all Christians to do the works God has prepared for them to do.  For six years he served as Camp Manager for Prairie States Christian Service Camp in Watseka, IL and is still involved with the camp ministry in various ways.   In addition, to preaching at Prairie Green and the Sheldon Church of Christ, Dustin also teaches at a public school and tries to stay involved in the community.  He is married to Krystle, and together they have five children:  Jade, Katelyn, Madilyn, Truman, and Lyndon.  Dustin says, "Call me if you need me.  My cell is 217-918-2140."  You can also follow Dustin on Facebook or on Twitter @preacherdustin.
